BJP’s Kirit Somaiya requests Fadnavis to probe allegations, authenticity of video aired on news channel: ‘Never abused any woman’
BJP leader Kirit Somaiya Tuesday wrote to Maharashtra Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis seeking an inquiry into and verify the authenticity of a video which allegedly showed the former MP in a “compromising position”. The purported video went viral after a Marathi news channel aired it Monday In a tweet on Tuesday morning, Somaiya said, “A video clip of me was shown on a news channel. Claimed that I have harassed many women & many such video clips available & complaints received against Me. I have never abused any woman. Request @Dev_Fadnavis to investigate such allegations and verify the authenticity of Videos”.
